What is the New Listing Promotion?
Airbnb's "New Listing Promotion" allows hosts to offer a 20% discount for the first three bookings on a brand-new listing. Properties that use this promotion typically get their first bookings 20% faster, helping you reach that crucial "3-review" milestone where your star rating becomes visible to the public.
Control Everything from Channex
You no longer need to log into the Airbnb extranet to manage these promotions. We've integrated this logic directly into the Channex Listing tab.
Now, you can see at a glance:
- Eligibility: If a listing is eligible for the promotion (less than 3 bookings), you'll see it marked as "Available."
- Active Status: If the promotion is currently live, the status will show as "Running."
- Quick Actions: You can easily Disable an active promotion or enable an available one with just a couple of clicks.

How to use it
Simply navigate to your Channel Settings and select the Listing tab. Next to your eligible listings, you will see the new "New Listing Promo" status.
Tip: We recommend enabling this for every new listing the moment it goes live to maximise your initial exposure during Airbnb's "new listing" boost period.
